2025 is a year of transformation and expansion. We are strengthening our market leadership through strategic extensions, modernizations, and the opening of flagship stores across all our properties. We have entered a new development phase, collaborating with the prestigious architecture firm Foster + Partners on the redesign and expansion of Palas IaÈ™i, as well as the masterplan for the upcoming mixed-use project in ConstanÈ›a. At the same time, we are progressing with our investment of over €500 million in RIVUS Cluj: in 2025, we will secure the building permit and commence construction works.
